Join Crater Lake Spirits and Jia Asian Street Kitchen for a fiery showdown at the first-ever Heat on the Street Hot Wing Challenge!

Starting June 5th, Jia will feature a special trio of spicy wings so you can test your limits before the main event. Try the same blazing sauce that will be used in the challenge and see if you’ve got what it takes.

Then on Saturday, June 28th, the real competition begins. Seven brave contestants will face off against 30 scorching drumettes in just 7 minutes—with no drinks, no napkins, and no mercy. A nearby "Tempting Tray" of cold drinks and treats will taunt participants, but anyone who reaches for it is immediately disqualified.

FREE to enter and attend! Spectators can cheer on the competitors, enjoy the chaos, and sip $7 Crater Lake Spirits cocktails, with $2 from every drink donated to Thrive Central Oregon.

Challenge Date: Saturday, June 28th
Event Time: Doors open at 12 PM with food, drinks & fun — the challenge kicks off at 1 PM!
Location: Jia Asian Street Kitchen, Bend, OR

Contestant Selection:
🔥 5 participants chosen by Crater Lake Spirits (21+ only)
🔥 2 participants chosen by Bend Foodie (18+ only)

Challenge Rules:
• 30 wings in 7 minutes
• No drinks or napkins (tempting tray nearby, but disqualification if touched)
• Minimal meat left on the bone
• No vomiting (instant DQ)
• Waiver required to participate
