Crater Lake Reserve Rye makes a delicious Peach Whiskey Sour!
- 1-2 Peach Slices to Garnish
- 1/2 of a Very Ripe Peach
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2.5 oz Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
Muddle the peach and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until well combined. Add ice, juices, and whiskey and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with peach slices.
