Ingredients:
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
- 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz Amaro Meletti
- 2 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye Whiskey
- Absinthe (To Rinse)
Add all ingredients, except for Absinthe, to a cocktail mixing glass with ice and stir with the cinnamon stick 25-30 times to dilute. Strain over fresh ice into your Absinthe rinsed rocks glass, and garnish with cinnamon stick that you used to stir your cocktail.
