Ingredients:

2 oz Crater Lake Cherry Rye Whiskey

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters

Cherry or lemon twist for garnish
Add ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously to build foam. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cherry or lemon twist.
