- 2 1/4 oz Straight American Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Crater Lake Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 2 rosemary sprigs
Add the whiskey, lemon juice, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Then, light the sprig of rosemary on fire and add to the shaker still lit. Cap the shaker and let stand for 30 seconds to infuse the mixture with smoke. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with ice, and garnish with remaining rosemary sprig!
