Tasting Notes
Crater Lake Straight American Rye Whiskey differs from most ryes in that we use 100% rye grain in our mash bill. This gives our rye rich toffee notes and just the right amount of peppery spice that defines all great rye whiskies. The other remarkable difference is our water. Crisp and slightly minerally, it blends perfectly with the spirit to finish with a pleasing warmth instead of the sharp heat of most alcohol.80 ProofOregon Kosher Certified
Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
With the spirits in our Reserve Collection we try to create something just a bit better. The Reserve Rye Whiskey is higher proof than our Straight Rye and there is 5% malted barley in the mash bill where the Straight Rye is 100% rye mash. If our Straight Rye is a sipper reminiscent of early American rye whiskies then the Reserve is a cocktail whiskey with a more contemporary flavor profile.Awards

Tasting Notes
Reserve Rye Whiskey can be described as the more contemporary of our rye whiskies. It has the pronounced pepper spice and deep toffee note characteristics but with 5% malted barley in the mash bill it drinks closer to the modern ryes. And at 96 proof it easily anchors any whiskey cocktail.96 ProofOregon Kosher Certified
Crater Lake Rock and Rye (Ready to Serve)
The Rock and Rye was the toast of the town in 1880 and eventually—legend has it—inspired both the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned. This is our version of the classic drink with rye whiskey, dark cherry, blood orange, and house-made bitters. Just pour over ice and enjoy.Awards
