VODKA

Baby Guinness Shot

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • ¾ oz Kahlúa
  • Top with Baileys Irish Cream
Pour Hazelnut Espresso Vodka and Kahlúa into a shot glass. Hold a spoon upside down just above the drink and slowly pour Irish cream over the back of the spoon so it floats on top.

Iced Chai Latte

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1½ oz Black Scottie Chai Concentrate
  • Milk of choice
Add Hazelnut Espresso Vodka, Crater Lake Vodka, and chai concentrate to a pint glass with ice, then top with milk and stir. 

Hazelnut Coffee

  • 2½ oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 Shot of Espresso
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Sunday Kicker

  • 1 ½oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • ¼ oz Monarch Amaretto
  • 3½ oz Cold Brew
  • Sweet Cream (Half & Half with a splash of vanilla syrup)
Add ice, Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka, Monarch Amaretto, and cold brew to a tall glass and top with sweet cream.

Hazelnut Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • Coffee
  • Optional: Cream
Pour Hazelnut Espresso Vodka over coffee and enjoy!

Sneaky Hazelnut

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 2 oz Half & Half
  • Peanut Butter
  • Crushed Graham Crackers
Rim your rocks glass with the peanut butter and crushed graham cracker, add ice and ingredients, then stir. Add some extra peanut butter to the glass if you'd like!

Spicy Bloody Mary

  • 2½ oz Crater Lake Pepper Vodka or Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka
  • Bloody Mary Mix
Add ice, vodka, and your favorite bloody mary mix to a tall glass and garnish as you wish. If spice isn't your thing, use our classic Crater Lake Vodka.

Back Alley Martini

  • 1½ oz Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka
  • 1½ oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 oz Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass.

PB & J Shots

  • ½ oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka
  • ½ oz Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey
Fill your shot glass halfway with whiskey. To add the vodka layer, place an upside down spoon (concave side down) in the shot glass against the glass and pour very slowly.

CraterPop - Northwest Berry

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka
  • Strawberry Vanilla Olipop
Fill glass with ice and add vodka. Top with Strawberry Vanilla Olipop and garnish however you desire!

Berry Lemon Drop

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka 
  • ½ oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1½ oz lemon juice 
  • ¾ oz simple syrup 
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. 

CraterPop - Sweet Ginger

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
  • Orange Squeeze Olipop
Fill glass with ice and add vodka. Top with Orange Squeeze Olipop and garnish however you desire!

Strawberry Shortcake Martini

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • ½ oz Monarch Amaretto 
  • 2 oz Lemonade
  • ¼ oz Vanilla Syrup 
  • ¼ oz Cream of Coconut
  • Strawberries
Muddle strawberries and add the rest of the ingredients to a pint glass and fill with ice. Shake until cold, double strain into a graham cracker rimmed martini glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry!

Rosemary Heaven

  • 1¾ oz Crater Lake Reserve Vodka
  • ½  fresh orange (juiced)
  • ½  oz simple syrup
  • Fresh Rosemary
Muddle rosemary and orange juice together. Add ice, vodka, and simple syrup; shake. Double strain over a large ice cube.

Ginger Daly

  • 2oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
  • Iced Tea
  • Lemonade
Pour vodka into a tall glass with ice and then top with your desired ratio of iced tea and lemonade. 

Herb & Berry Nectar

  • 1½ oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • Rosemary
Muddle berries and rosemary in rocks glass. Fill with ice and add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Then with with club soda and stir.

GIN

Blackberry Fizz

  • 1½ oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin 
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup
  • 7UP
  • Blackberries
Shake blackberries, gin and simple with ice. Double strain over fresh ice, top with 7UP, and garnish with blackberries and mint. 

Prancing Ballerina

  • 2 oz Reserve Dry Gin 
  • 2 Grapefruit slices
  • ½ oz Celia's Lavender Balsamic
  • Club Soda
Muddle two grapefruit slices in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, balsamic, and ice. Then shake and strain in a rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and enjoy! 

Orange You Glad

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Dry Gin 
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • ½ oz Orgeat
  • 3-5 dashes Fee Brothers Orange Flower Water
  • Lemon Peel
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice, dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Fine strain into a coupe glass and express a lemon peel over top.

Gimlet

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in ingredients. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime. 

Gin Mule

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Mint Leaves
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add lime and gin, then shake with ice. Strain into rocks glass or copper mule cup over fresh ice. 

Lavender Lemonade Martini

  • 2oz Crater Lake Reserve Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Lavender Syrup 
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
    
Shake with ice and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. 

WHISKEY

Love Boat

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • Dash of HRD Peach Schnapps
Combine all ingredients over ice, garnish with an orange peel, and set sail for smooth waters.

Rye Lavender Lemonade

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1½ oz Lavender Syrup
Combine all ingredients over ice, add lemon wheels and enjoy.

Hot Toddy

  • ¾ cup Water
  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
  • ½ oz Honey
  • ½ oz oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon Round
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
Bring water to a simmer and pour the hot water into a mug. Add the whiskey, honey and lemon juice. Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water. Garnish with a lemon round and cinnamon stick.

Tootsie Roll Shot

  • 3 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz Half & Half
  • ¼ oz vanilla syrup
  • ¾ oz chocolate sauce
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into 4 shot glasses (or 2 extra fun glasses)!

Rockin’ in a Winter Wonderland

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye Whiskey
  • 4 oz Eggnog
  • Cinnamon Sugar
Rim rock glass with cinnamon sugar, pour Crater Lake Rock and Rye, and Eggnog over ice, then stir!

Peach Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ of a Very Ripe Peach
Muddle the peach and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until well combined. Add ice, juices, and whiskey and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with peach slices.

Cranberry Orange

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer
  • Juice of ½ a Lime
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cranberry juice, rye whiskey, simple syrup, orange, and lime juice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice, top with ginger beer. 

Johnny Apple

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye Whiskey
  • 5 oz Apple Cider
Combine ingredients and enjoy! Delicious hot or cold.
