- 2 oz basil-infused Crater Lake Gin
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- splash lime juice
Prep: Combine about 1/2 cup fresh basil and 1 bottle Crater Lake Gin. Allow to steep for about 24 hours. Strain and discard basil.
Mix ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
