- 2 oz Crater Lake Gin
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 oz champagne
- 1 oz pear brandy
- 3 tsp sugar
Mix gin, lemon juice, brandy and sugar over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of d’ajou pear.
