D’ajou Pear

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Gin
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 oz champagne
  • 1 oz pear brandy
  • 3 tsp sugar

Mix gin, lemon juice, brandy and sugar over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of d’ajou pear.
