  • Blackberry Cheesecake Martini

    3 oz Crater Lake Gin 1 oz blackberry puree 1 oz white grape juice 1 oz half & half splash lime juice splash vanilla syrup Mix ingredients over ice a cocktail shaker. Shake very well and strain into a graham cracker rimmed martini glass. No garnish needed.

  • D’ajou Pear

    2 oz Crater Lake Gin 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) 1 oz champagne 1 oz pear brandy 3 tsp sugar Mix gin, lemon juice, brandy and sugar over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of d’ajou pear.

  • French 75

    2 oz Crater Lake Gin 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) 1 oz champagne 3 tsp sugar Mix gin, lemon juice and sugar over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

  • Grapefruit Basil Martini

    2 oz basil-infused Crater Lake Gin 3 oz grapefruit juice splash lime juice Prep: Combine about 1/2 cup fresh basil and 1 bottle Crater Lake Gin. Allow to steep for about 24 hours.   • Grassy Mule

    2 oz Crater Lake Gin splash ginger syrup or puree splash simple syrup DRY Lemongrass Soda Mix all gin, ginger and simple over ice in a tall glass. Top with Dry Soda.

  • Juniper Julep

    3 oz Crater Lake Gin 1 oz. lime juice 1 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. simple syrup splash of orange syrup Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  • Vanilla Lime Bangkok

    2 oz Crater Lake Gin 2 oz. Basil infused Crater Lake Gin (soak 10 Basil Leaves in Crater Lake Gin for 24 hrs) 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup 2 oz. Lime Juice Shake and strain over ice. Top with club soda.

  • Bada-Bing Cherry Martini

    2 oz.Crater Lake Vodka small handful of mixed berries 2 oz. lemon juice 1.5 oz. simple syrup Put Vodka and berries in a glass and let rest for 2-4 hours to infuse. Strain out berries.     Created by the Bendistillery Sampling Room – Bend, Oregon. 4 oz Crater Lake Vodka Lemon slice Lime slice Orange slice Mix vodka and fruit over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake well or muddle fruit to pulp fruit and strain. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a floating orange slice.

  • Crater Lake Berry Julep

    Created by the Bendistillery Sampling Room – Bend, Oregon. 3 oz Crater Lake Vodka seasonal berries mint soda water Muddle mint and berries in a pint glass. Add Crater Lake Vodka, fill with ice and top with a splash of soda water. Stir well and garnish with lime and mint sprig.

  • Dreamsicle Martini

  • Piña Picante

    Created by the Old MIll Martini Bar – Bend, Oregon. 2 oz Crater Lake Pepper Vodka 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka 3 oz pineapple juice Splash simple syrup squeeze of lime juice Combine all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime.        

  • Russian Wolfhound

    2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka Stout beer Coca Cola Combine vodka in a pint glass, nearly fill with beer and top with cola. No ice or garnish.

  • Snake Bite

    2 oz Crater Lake Pepper Vodka 3 oz Crater Lake Vodka 1 oz blackberry puree 1 oz mango juice Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour contents (including ice) into a rock glass. Top with ice if needed. Garnish with a lime.

  • Summer Sangria

    2 oz Crater Lake Vodka 3 oz Prosecco 1 oz pear or white grape juice 1 oz cranberry juice 3 lime slices Muddle lime in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake well and pour contents (including ice) into a wine glass. Garnish with lime.

  • The Madras

    2 oz. Crater Lake Vodka 2 parts cranberry juice cocktail 1 part orange juice Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Could also be made with Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka or Crater Lake Pepper Vodka for a twist!

  • Black Gold

    Created by the Bendistillery Sampling Room – Bend, Oregon. 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka 1 oz Amaretto 1 oz Irish Cream splash triple sec 6 oz hot coffee Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug or nudge glass. Top with whipped cream and a coffee bean.

    4 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka  splash of sweet & sour mix rosemary, lemon Muddle rosemary and lemon in cocktail shaker.  Add ice and Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka.  Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

  • The Castaway

    2 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka ½ oz. pineapple juice 2 sprigs fresh thyme In a cocktail shaker muddle leaves of 1 sprig of thyme, add ginger vodka and pineapple juice. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.

  • Key Lime Pie Martini

    2 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 1 oz. Crater Lake Vodka 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup 2 oz. Lime Juice Shake and strain into a martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.

  • Ginger Rogers

    2 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 2 oz apple cider splash vanilla syrup splash of lemon juice Muddle lemon in a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon sprinkles.

  • Ginger Old Fashioned

    1 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 2 oz. Rye Whiskey 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Club Soda Combine vodka, whiskey and bitters in an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with soda and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.

  • Ginger Lemon Drop

    2 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka splash triple sec splash vanilla syrup fresh lemon fresh lime Muddle lemon and lime in a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon.

  • Ginger Greyhound

    2 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 4 oz. Grapefruit juice 1 tsp. Simple Syrup (optional) Shake and strain over ice.

  • Ginger Fizz

    2 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 1 oz. lemon juice ½ oz. raw egg white (prepared egg white works well too) ½ oz. maple syrup Combine all ingredients over ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Ginger Collins

    2 oz.Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 1 ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice Club soda Combine vodka and juice in an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir and top with club soda. Garnish with an lime or lemon wheel.

    1 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka 2 oz. Rye Whiskey 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Club Soda Combine vodka, whiskey and bitters in an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with soda and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.

  • Hot Toddy

    2 oz.Crater Lake Rye Whiskey 1 – 2 tbsp honey 2 teaspoons lemon juice boiling hot water Blend lemon, honey and hot water together in a mug. Add whiskey. Inhale for sinus-clearing purposes, and drink slowly. Great for colds! Grandma swears by it!

  • Rye Rickey

    2 oz.Crater Lake Rye Whiskey lime juice club soda Pour Rye Whiskey and a splash of lime juice over ice in a rocks glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime.

This is where we, as a Distillery get to have a little fun. Ground to the bottle, field to flask, or seed to shaker. However you put it our Estate Series gets all of the ingredients from our 24 acre farm in Bend, Oregon.

For special projects we do seasonal infusions using regionally grown ingredients.We also have a collaboration with Deschuttes Brewery coming soon!
